- Recycling of glass, paper, plastic, metal waste materials.
- Reduction in carbon emission by carpooling and providing opportunities for employees to telecommute.
- Purchasing recycled, refurbished, or used products when possible.
- Implementation of green policies such as hardware energy consumption, waste disposal, using recycled and environmentally superior content, water and energy efficient products and alternative fuel vehicles.
- Utilization of alternative energy sources (solar energy, bio-fuels, wind power and other alternative energy sources) when possible.
- Reduction in waste by using electronic document mark-up and eliminating unnecessary photocopying. When printing is necessary, producing double-sided rather than single-sided documents.
